We want you to love your new jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 28-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your jewelry back in its original Astrid & Miyu packaging and ensure it is securely sealed in a shipping box or padded envelope.

• 3.
  Generate a Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through our portal to download a prepaid shipping label or receive a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
